Kayden in action

Kayden loves cruising around on the Lion ride-on that her Great Uncle Rowdy and cousin Danielle got for her

Don't freak.... Kayden does not have any teeth yet. She was eating a baby cheerio type thing and she kept pushing it to the front of her mouth. She kept it there just long enough for me to grab the camera- it looks just like her 2 front teeth. Funny. Daddy doesn't like this picture because he says she looks like the scary old dancing guy from the Elitch gardens commercials.;-)

Kayden cruising around in her "Car" after a lunch of carrots. We never did get them out of that outfit. She flies around like crazy in that thing chasing the dogs and running into our legs. She has a trick where she takes her cracker up to the dogs and when they go for it, she pulls it back and starts laughing really hard. She is already a joker.

Play time with Daddy! Loving it. The day after Thanksgiving she started saying Mama and Dada. She said it non-stop for a few days and now she rarely says it. We heard that they practice saying things at this age and then they move on and they will say it again later on. We miss it!

Grandpa putting Kayden down for the night. At one point they were both asleep, but we didn't get the picture in time.

Cruising with her face scrunched up. She loves being on the move at all times! It
is keeping us in shape.

Kayden fell asleep with her legs propped straight up on the side of the crib. We've taken the bumper and comforter out of the crib to keep her safe. She sleeps in a sleep sack every night and it's the best invention ever!
Kayden had her flu shot last week and didn't even flinch when they gave it to her. She was smiling at the nurse and reaching out for her. The nurse said that that was the first time she had ever gotten that reaction after a flu shot. We had to go to mommy's doctor for a minute after that and Kayden was greeting everyone as the entered the room with a big smile and a wave. They couldn't believe that she had just gotten a flu shot. Oh and Kayden gave the nurse at mommy's appointment her scrunched up smile and the nurse loved it, but commented that she thought Kayden was going to the bathroom. I explained that she was just giving her a silly smile. What a character and not shy one bit.
Kayden is crawling like a wild woman and she is pulling herself up on things. She loves to crawl to us when we are sitting on the ground and she pulls herself up on us and grabs our noses. She loves pointing out people's noses when we say, "where is their nose"
